I love my blender

JERRY: What about jewelry?
DEAN: They didn't take the jewelry. They took the computers. They took the big-screen TV, they took my blender.
JERRY: The blender?
DEAN: I love my blender.

-- Enemy of the State

I never truly understood why Will Smith's character in Enemy of the State was so obsessed with his blender...until I bought one. My Blendtec blender has quickly become my new best friend. Every morning starts with a simple routine - feed the cat, down some Xango, prepare the kitchen for 'Smoothie-Mania" or what others call "Blend-o-Rama!"

Even my son has gotten in on the act - he loves helping me make Smoodies.

Our current recipe is a full-on assault on your taste buds - I'm sure we'll refine the mixture as we get more sophisticated - but for now, it's simply too much fun shoving in as many fresh veggies and fruit as we can fit.

The following blend of ingredients creates an incredibly tasty dark green sludge-like smoothie. It tastes so much better than it looks. I've lovingly dubbed it the BP Oil Slick:

Organic Carrots
Organic Baby Spinach
Organic Green Kale
Organic Broccoli Sprouts
Organic Beets
Organic Strawberries
Organic Blueberries
Organic Blackberries
Organic Apples
Organic Bananas
Pomegranate Juice
Heath Force Vitamineral™ Green Version 4.8 - Superfood Powder
Health Force Earth - Superfood Powder
Filtered Water
Ice

I swear it tastes amazing...no, really.

"Let me be your blender, baby
Don't ya know I can whip, chop and puree
Won't you let me be your blender, baby
Honey, I can whip, chop and puree
I'm gonna whip you to a jelly honey
I'm gonna chop it up today."

I've never been able to find a decent blender, but then again I stopped looking in 1994 or so. All I ever wanted was a blender that could crush some damn ice to make a good Margarita (Lord knows I wasn't asking for much). But none of them seemed to be able to pull it off. I do make shakes too, but I use a cuisinart. Nothing nearly as fancy as you, though. Some yogurt, some soy milk, soy protein, and some fresh blueberries or raspberries. Much different - you seem to be have the V8-style roughage thing going on... God help your toilet.
